In April, Luke Darcy had the pleasure of hosting a live recording of the Empowering Leaders podcast, in Adelaide with SA Premier Peter Malinauskas, bringing together some amazing members of the Aleda community for a special event during Gather Round at the iconic Adelaide Oval.

The Aleda Scholarship program is designed to support, recognise and celebrate individuals who are stepping forward as leaders – those guiding teams, inspiring others and shaping the way forward in their communities and professions. Through complimentary access to a 12-month Aleda Connect journey, the program reflects Aleda’s commitment to fostering both emerging and established leaders by providing access to opportunities that strengthen leadership capability, presence and influence. Scholarship places for the 2025–2026 financial year have now been fully allocated. We warmly welcome applications and nominations for the 2026–2027 scholarship round, with applications reopening from July 2026.

The time spent recently with State Sport Centres in Melbourne was incredibly rewarding. Luke and Stacey had the opportunity to host their large team to assist them to create their wider team values along with 1:1 executive team coaching.
