The GWS Giants Coaching Team

Widely regarded as having a playing list full of talented youngsters, Leon Cameron was determined that the coaching at the Giants would help harness potential. He recognised that creating an elite learning environment which fostered genuine collaboration amongst coaches, included player voice and utilised outstanding adult learning and teaching strategies, would address one of his major concerns. Since beginning work with Aleda in 2016, the Giants have played in all bar one AFL finals series.
